So you got your order, opened the package… and something’s off? Maybe it’s broken. Maybe it’s not what you ordered. Maybe it looks like it went to war during shipping.

When Can You Ask for a Refund?

If any of this applies to you, you’re eligible to request a refund:

  • Your item arrived damaged

  • You received the wrong product

  • The item is defective or doesn’t match the description

How to Request a Refund

  • Fill in the Refund Request Form below.

  • Upload clear photos/videos of the issue.

  • Submit the form — and chill.

We’ll get back to you within 48 hours.

💡 Reminder: You’ve got 14 days from delivery to make a claim.

What Happens Next?

Once we approve your request:

  • You’ll either get a full refund or keep the product if a return isn’t needed (depends on the case).

  • If we need the item back, we’ll provide clear return instructions.

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method and usually take 5-10 business days to appear in your account.

Please note:

  • We do not accept refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizes ordered.

  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the product was defective or incorrect.
